From sample preservation to purified RNA

Connect RNA stabilization, isolation and downstream analysis in one research workflow.

From sample preservation to purified RNA

Start with the sample

RNA stabilization and RNA purification serve different stages of a workflow. ClearBand RNAintact is described as a solution for preserving cellular RNA in fresh specimens before isolation. EcoPURE Total RNA Kit is designed to recover total RNA, including small RNAs, from sample types described in its product documentation. Choose the preparation route around the material you actually collect.

Plan preservation and isolation together

When immediate isolation is not practical, review the RNAintact instructions for the relevant specimen, storage temperature and holding time. The preservation solution does not replace the extraction step. Use the Total RNA Kit protocol to confirm supported inputs, handling requirements and the isolation procedure. Its silica-based workflow is described as avoiding phenol–chloroform extraction.

Connect the next step

For gene expression studies, the EcoTech catalog also includes EcoScript cDNA synthesis products and ClearPeak qPCR reagents. Check the requirements of the selected downstream assay before combining products in a workflow. Keep the sample identity, storage history and product catalog numbers together in your experiment record.
